About

An endurance athlete, a marketer by profession and an investor by discipline.

I’ve run 50km. I’ve cycled 300km in a single attempt. I know what it feels like to keep going when everything says stop — and what it costs when you don’t.

Markets taught me the same lesson. Just with real money on the line.

I’ve Made Real Mistakes

I invested in Yes Bank. I watched it collapse. I’ve taken trades I shouldn’t have, held positions too long for the wrong reasons and learned most of what I know through losses — not textbooks.

I’m not here to pretend otherwise.

Why This Site Exists

I wanted to track my own thinking in real time.

Not predictions. Not tips. Just — what did I think at this moment, why did I act, and what happened after.

Most market content tells you what to buy. This site documents what I actually did and why. The reasoning before the trade. The decision during the fall. The exit when the thesis broke.

A journal. Nothing more.

Who This Is For

This is for investors who want to think clearly, not act constantly.

If you’re looking for stock tips, fast trades or daily calls — this won’t help you.

If you’re trying to build discipline, understand your decisions and improve over time — you’ll find something useful here.

The System

Maximum 10 positions. No leverage. No frequent trading.

I run two primary modes. The first looks for range-bound PSU stocks that have fallen 20-30% from their highs, waits for volumes to dry up and enters in stages. The exit comes when the thesis breaks — not when the price falls.

The second mode is for quality businesses temporarily mispriced by the market. A 30% fall with growth intact. These come around once every few years — and when they do, you hold until the business tells you to leave.

Occasionally there’s a third kind — a structural dominance play. A business building a monopoly in a large market. Different rules apply. I document those separately.

This approach is still evolving — and that’s the point of documenting it.

What You’ll Find Here

Real journal entries with live entry prices and honest reasoning. Psychology posts on why traders lose. Setup posts explaining the actual system.

No noise. No calls. No tips.

Just decisions — documented in real time.

The ideas here are not complicated. Buy boring government-backed businesses when they’re ignored. Collect dividends while waiting. Exit when the thesis breaks. The difficult part is executing that consistently — and documenting it honestly when it doesn’t work. That’s what this site is for.
